Case 06
Narrative & Media Intelligence

The Suite That Reads the Public Sphere

One suite, two reading machines: a live platform that ingests political X and detects narratives as they form, and a monitor that watches 100+ news channels and reports how each media house frames the story — with leadership briefs delivered overnight.

The Suite That Reads the Public Sphere

The problem

In politics and public life, the story that hurts you at 9 p.m. was visible at 9 a.m. — as a handful of posts phrased a certain way, or a framing quietly shared by a cluster of news channels. No war room can read everything; by the time a human notices a narrative, it is already a headline.

The solution

Our suite does the reading. The first machine ingests posts from curated political handles continuously, and AI clusters them into narratives — not keywords but storylines: what claim is being made, by whom, how fast it is spreading, and whether accounts are moving in suspicious unison. When a narrative's traction crosses a threshold, a WhatsApp alert goes out with the storyline, the evidence, and the trajectory.

The second machine watches more than 100 Indian news channels, organised by ownership group, and writes cross-channel reports on framing: which group is amplifying a story, which is burying it, and the exact language each side uses.

The suite's signature deliverable is the overnight event brief: after a major event, the system discovers the coverage and reaction, sorts every voice into four camps — ruling alliance, opposition, media, independent — writes the strategic analysis, and produces a formatted document on the leadership's table before breakfast, with every quote sourced. Delivered for real events, in production use.
