Analyzing a Full IPO Prospectus for Compliance in Minutes

RegAI is our platform for a securities regulator: AI that reads an entire IPO prospectus against the listing rules — in English and Arabic — and returns a cited, auditable review in minutes instead of days.

The problem

When a company applies to list on a stock exchange, a regulator's team must read the prospectus — hundreds of dense pages — against a rulebook of disclosure requirements, and miss nothing, because the public will rely on every line. That review consumes something like fifteen expert-hours per document, and a growing market generates applications faster than experts can be grown.

The solution

RegAI is designed for a Gulf-market regulator facing exactly that queue. The platform ingests a prospectus, tags its sections, and checks each disclosure requirement from the listing rules against the text — flagging what is missing, ambiguous, or inconsistent — bilingually in English and Arabic, since filings in the market are both.

Two design decisions matter most. First, every finding carries a citation to the exact page and passage, because a regulator cannot act on "the AI thinks so." Second, the entire system respects data residency, running within the country's borders. The design compresses the machine's first full read from roughly fifteen expert-hours to minutes, with detection accuracy above 95% on the rule checks. The reviewer stays in charge; the machine simply arrives having done the reading.

Built for enterprise

in-country data residency
bilingual EN/AR document AI
citation-backed explainability (page & passage)
rule-engine mapping to listing regulations
reviewer audit trail
>95% detection-accuracy target
human-in-command review workflow
Before a company can sell shares to the public, someone must read its 400-page promise book against every rule. The machine now does the first full read in minutes — and shows the page for everything it flags.
